Elgin Energy
The Procurement Manager leads procurement activities across major renewable energy projects, managing competitive tenders, supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations from development through to delivery. This role ensures procurement decisions are commercially robust, aligned with project programmes, and completed in accordance with internal governance. The position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external contractors to support the successful delivery of utility-scale solar PV, BESS, and grid connection infrastructure projects.

It provides end-to-end services — including project development (EPD), construction management (ECM), asset management (EAM), trading & optimisation (ETOS), and grid connections (EGC) — to take projects from origination to energisation. The firm emphasizes safety, quality and consistency across markets, combining dedicated pre‑construction teams with technology-enabled optimisation and trading capabilities. Driven by core values and a purpose to accelerate the low‑carbon transition, Elgin focuses on scalable, reliable renewable energy delivery.
