Procurement Officer

This role ensures the efficient and compliant operation of GOAL Syria’s Procurement Department by managing high-value tenders, monitoring framework agreements, and maintaining accurate procurement reports. The position requires conducting procurement activities in strict adherence to organizational policies, donor regulations, and value for money principles. The incumbent will oversee the end-to-end tender process, manage supplier relationships, and provide guidance to procurement staff.
