Procurement Officer

CRS is seeking a proactive Procurement Officer to coordinate procurement processes and ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant support for programs across the Philippines and FSM. The role involves working closely with program and operations teams to source goods and services with transparency, accountability, and best value for money while complying with CRS policies, donor requirements, and local regulations. This position requires strong execution, teamwork, and integrity to manage procurement systems, track deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
