The incumbent is responsible for studying and understanding material requisitions from various jobs and contracts, sourcing ideal suppliers, negotiating optimal prices, and managing logistics for delivery. The role involves effectively managing inventory levels according to prescribed norms and preparing procurement schedules aligned with project timelines. This position requires anticipating material lead times to ensure proactive ordering and reviewing project-specific MEP material requisitions and BOQs.
