Procurement Specialist II

The Procurement Specialist II is responsible for sourcing medium and high criticality materials, equipment, and subcontracts, while providing expert-level knowledge on procurement processes. The role involves developing negotiating strategies, overseeing and mentoring less tenured peers, and managing contract lifecycle administration and supplier relationships. Additionally, the position supports estimating efforts during the Deal Development phase and executes procurement activities from RFP solicitation through the Award phase.
