This role primarily supports procurement of goods and services in Europe and Asia locations by managing requisitions and ensuring they are converted to purchase orders within 24 hours. The position involves handling emergency requests, communicating with buyers and requestors, and ensuring proper documentation and preferred supplier usage. The specialist interfaces with end-users, vendors, and accounting personnel to resolve purchasing and invoicing issues while maintaining compliance with company policies.
