Procurement Specialist

This position manages procurements of goods and nonprofessional services under the supervision of the Procurement Program Supervisor, ensuring compliance with the Virginia Public Procurement Act and Fairfax Water policies. The role involves overseeing strategic sourcing, contract administration, and competitive procurement processes for a wide variety of goods and services. The incumbent collaborates with internal departments and external stakeholders to execute complex procurement activities and maintain ethical standards.
