Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Specialist supports the full subcontract procurement lifecycle for the Hamilton LRT project, managing activities from planning and RFQs through evaluation, award, and handoff to Contract Administration. This role ensures alignment with project policies, facilitates collaboration with internal disciplines, and maintains compliance with procurement standards and procedures. The position requires strong organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced infrastructure environment.
