Rocket Flood is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven, and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the growth of its independent insurance agency distribution network. This position is responsible for driving prospective agencies through the full agency acquisition process, from initial outreach and interest generation through platform demonstrations, sales conversion, and completion of the agency onboarding process. The BDR will generate new opportunities through targeted outbound calling and email outreach while managing leads generated through Rocket Flood’s existing marketing campaigns, inbound channels, and strategic partnerships.
