About this role

As a Product Advisor on Workday's GO Implementation Strategy team, you will help build the 'AI Deployment Engine' to automate and optimize HCM and Payroll deployments for medium enterprises. This role involves designing AI-powered agents, orchestrating workflows using LLMs and RAG models, and collaborating with functional consultants to reduce manual implementation effort.
