Product & Application Development (PAD) Operator

The PAD Operator works in the Bornem Technology Center, testing new formulations on lab extrusion lines and optimizing existing masterbatches to ensure producibility and optimal machine conditions for scale‑up. The role involves operating and adjusting lab extruders, performing first‑line maintenance, supporting pilot line runs, and adhering to safety, ISO, and GMP standards in a shift‑based schedule.
