Responsibilities

Develop and qualify eBeam metrology applications for advanced semiconductor processes
Lead customer demonstrations, evaluations, beta testing, and production qualifications
Analyze semiconductor process and metrology data to identify issues and improve process control
Collaborate with product engineering, systems, software, algorithms, marketing, and sales teams
Provide technical training and application expertise to customers and internal teams
