The Product Assistant is based in Browns' flagship Brook Street boutique in Mayfair within the stockroom operations team. The role supports the wider Customer Experience team by ensuring products are efficiently managed, moved, and presented to enable a seamless luxury customer journey. It focuses on all aspects of in-boutique product handling and standards, working closely with stockroom, retail, and personal shopping teams. The position contributes to maintaining a high-standard, customer-ready shopfloor and smooth online order fulfilment.
