About this role

Pathward is seeking a Product Commercialization Program Manager to lead the go‑to‑market strategy and launch execution for Faster Payments solutions such as Visa Direct and Mastercard Send. The role will coordinate across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and partner teams to translate product strategy into actionable launch plans, ensure technical and operational readiness, and manage governance and regulatory compliance. The manager will also develop business cases, prioritize use cases, and communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders.
