The Design Director will lead Front of House and Back of House product design for Square’s Food & Beverage organization, shaping how restaurant teams take orders, communicate, and run operations across POS, Kiosk, KDS, and printers. This senior role sets strategic vision, builds design systems and practices, and partners with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Research to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences. The director will manage and mentor a team of product designers and drive the integration of automation and AI into intelligent workflows.
