Spectrum Control is seeking an experienced Product Design Engineer to design and develop high-performance electromechanical products for defense, aerospace, and industrial applications. The role involves leading engineering activities from concept through production, creating electrical schematics and simulations, and optimizing designs for reliability and manufacturability. This position requires strong expertise in power electronics, EMI/EMC filtering, and circuit simulation software within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

Design and develop innovative electromechanical products from concept to production
Create electrical schematics, circuit models, and technical documentation
Perform electrical analysis and circuit simulation using PSpice or ETAP
Optimize existing product designs for performance, reliability, and cost
Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to support product launches
