Product Design Lead

The Product Design Lead at Magic Eden will spearhead the design evolution towards entertainment-centric product lines within the Web3 space. This hybrid role combines leadership and hands-on design, mentoring a team of product designers while contributing to user experience through detailed wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes. The position requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align design strategy with business goals and ensure high-quality design implementation. Candidates should possess over 7 years of experience in consumer-facing product design, with at least 2 years in a management role, and a deep understanding of digital collectibles and the collector mindset.
