Product Design

The role involves co-owning the roadmap for Rating & Pricing technology, covering rate management across Air, Ocean, and Ground, dynamic pricing, quote intake and execution, and route optimization. The position requires facilitating architecture and integration decisions for the canonical rate object and rate management data stores, while ensuring standard engineering patterns are followed. Success is measured by defining operational KPIs such as quote turnaround time, response and win rates, and pricing margin performance, alongside driving adoption of new rating tools through change management. The role demands strong cross-functional leadership, technical acumen, and deep understanding of freight rating and pricing processes.
