Product Designer (Consumer)

Counsel is seeking a Product Designer to define the consumer healthcare experience, designing end-to-end patient journeys from initial questions to prescriptions and referrals. The role involves setting visual, interaction, and motion standards to create a trustworthy, intuitive, and considered product that patients rely on for their health. This position requires a deep understanding of patient and clinical needs, translating complex healthcare realities into simple, innovative experiences. The designer will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and clinical teams to build and evolve the product design system.
