A three-year Leadership Development Program for Product Designers based in Milan that accelerates the careers of recent graduates through job rotations, mentoring, and structured training. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Product/Service/Interaction Design or HCI
- Master's Degree in Product/Service/Interaction Design or HCI
- Recent Graduate (degree obtained within past 1 year or pending)
- English B2
- EU Visa/Work Permit
- Residency in Italy or intent to relocate
