Product Designer

Scope is seeking its first Product Designer to help build an AI-native data collection layer for field workers, focusing on simplifying how inspectors collect data, make decisions, and produce reports. The role involves designing the entire user experience, from mobile app interactions in challenging environments to AI-assisted report generation, while collaborating closely with engineers and product leadership. This position requires a designer who can prototype quickly, test designs in real-world field conditions, and contribute to building a robust design system.
