Manages development of new footwear products from receipt of the tech package through key development stages to commercialization and initial production. Acts as the connectivity point between headquarters, local cross-functional teams, and factory partners to ensure design intent, manufacturability, cost, lead time, and performance goals are met. Supports project and pilot program execution to enable successful hand-over into mass production.
