Product Developer, Womenswear

The Product Developer supports the development and delivery of product ranges by collaborating with Design, Buying, Merchandising, and Technical teams to ensure quality, price, and margin targets are met. This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating costs, and overseeing the product lifecycle from initial specifications through to delivery. The position also focuses on developing sustainable fabric options and driving continuous improvement in product and process efficiency.
