Product Development Associate

This role serves as a primary point of contact for new contract cut and sew and RF welding customers, managing the quoting, development, and production readiness processes. The Product Development Associate collaborates with manufacturing teams to build high-quality products, conduct feasibility assessments, and support New Product Introduction activities. The position involves creating technical documentation, evaluating prototypes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing efficiency and cost.
