Product Development Coordinator – Personal Care / Cosmetics

The Product Development Coordinator serves as the project quarterback for new and revised personal care and cosmetic products, coordinating the entire development process from initial customer inquiry through commercialization. This role acts as the central point of contact between Sales, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure products move from concept to finished goods on time and within cost targets. The position requires managing multiple concurrent projects, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting technical and commercial activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
