About this role

The Product Development Engineer (PDE) serves as the subject matter expert in manufacturability for PCB and circuit card assembly lifecycles, guiding design teams, suppliers, and program leadership to ensure production excellence, affordability, and reliability. The role involves leading design reviews, supporting suppliers onsite, mentoring teammates, and managing bill of material and technical data packages.

Responsibilities

Host and facilitate PCB/CCA design reviews
Provide onsite supplier support and resolve manufacturing issues
Mentor teammates on CCA manufacturing and IPC standards
Drive design, procurement and build schedules to meet program dates
Generate drawing notes and review technical data packages for compliance
