The Product Development Manager leads the development of innovative color cosmetic products from concept through commercialization across the Revlon and Almay portfolios. This role translates business objectives, consumer insights, and market trends into compelling product concepts and partners closely with Marketing, Formulation, Packaging Development, Regulatory, Operations, Sourcing, Project Management, Consumer and Clinical Claims Support, and external manufacturing partners to bring consumer-relevant, trend-forward products to market. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, consumer-focused, and experienced in managing complex product development programs.

Responsibilities

Lead product development programs from concept through commercialization
Drive formula, shade, texture, and packaging development with internal teams and manufacturers
Establish shade strategies and assortments using trend analysis and consumer insights
