Product Development Process & PLM Implementation Lead

This role is responsible for owning, governing, and continuously improving the Stage Gate product development process across all 21 Own Brand businesses. The position leads the end-to-end implementation, launch, and adoption of a new PLM system while acting as the primary business partner to vendors and internal teams. The role involves defining future-state processes, gathering cross-functional requirements, and driving change management to ensure successful adoption and sustained adherence to enterprise standards.
