The Product Development Technologist supports the Food Concept & Development Managers in creating new poultry-derived products and managing their commercialization. This role ensures compliance with regulations, maintains documentation, and coordinates with internal departments for plant scale-up activities. The position requires strong project management and laboratory skills to drive product development from inception to completion.
