About this role
This is a 6-month secondment to the Product Development department in Blyth/Worksop designed to give Operations staff exposure to product and process development. The Process Technologist role brings production expertise into Product Development to support continuous improvement, trials and project delivery while offering hands-on skill development and networking opportunities. The position is temporary and intended to develop leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional experience for the secondee.
