This role is responsible for the design, development, and support of Tulane Advancement systems and software, including the AdvancementRM application and associated CRM products. The position involves delivering custom features, reports, and complex data extraction queries while collaborating with business analysts and project managers to gather requirements. The role also includes mentoring entry-level programmers and maintaining technical documentation for CRM functionalities.
