Product Development

This role is responsible for translating category strategy into fully executable, production-ready products, owning the end-to-end product execution process from specifications and PLM accuracy to sampling and development timelines. The position partners closely with General Managers, Design, and Sourcing teams to ensure products meet design intent, quality standards, cost targets, and delivery requirements. Success in this role involves driving cross-functional collaboration to enable on-time, on-cost, and on-quality product launches aligned with overall product strategy.
