Product Enablement Operations Associate Manager

The Product Enablement Operations Associate Manager supports the manager in maintaining and improving third‑party operational programs, processes, and systems that enable efficient product onboarding and assortment expansion across Ashley's digital channels. This role works hands‑on with cross‑functional teams—including merchandising, product content, technology, operations, finance, and external vendors—to ensure products are launched accurately, efficiently, and consistently. The associate manager monitors portal activity, coordinates issue resolution, maintains documentation, and assists with testing and change‑management activities.
