About this role

The Product Engineer serves as the primary technical interface for missile control actuation systems within the Missiles business unit, overseeing production programs and resolving design, manufacturing, and testing issues. This role involves maintaining design integrity, developing root cause analyses for non-conformances, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time hardware delivery. The position requires strong technical expertise in electromechanical actuation and a collaborative approach to solving complex production challenges.

Responsibilities

Resolve design, manufacture, assembly, and test issues for production hardware
Develop root cause and corrective action analyses to prevent recurring problems
Drive product design changes and complete engineering change orders
