About this role

This role involves building Traba's product on top of AI agents to automate workflows across the staffing marketplace, including sourcing, vetting, matching, and placing workers. The position requires applying frontier models and existing agents to real products across the stack, leading frontend and backend development, and architecting core systems. The engineer will partner with the CTO on architecture and roadmap while owning product surfaces end-to-end.
