About this role

This role serves as the primary Subject Matter Expert for transferring advanced genetic sequencing workflows from the Santa Clara, USA facility to the Rotkreuz manufacturing site in Switzerland. The Senior Specialist will ensure process alignment, optimize manufacturing operations, and act as a technical gatekeeper for quality control and compliance standards across regulated environments. Key duties include drafting operating procedures, conducting complex experiments, and training local operators on automated instrumentation and reagent handling.

Responsibilities

Drive technology transfer of genetic sequencing workflows between global sites
Draft and audit site-specific operating procedures and batch records
Execute complex experiments from feasibility testing to routine manufacturing
Oversee investigations into process failures and implement corrective actions
Train local operators on automated dispensing and data analysis techniques
