About this role

The Product Engineering team at Clockwork Systems is seeking an experienced engineer to transform TorchPass, a distributed PyTorch training tool, into a reliable, customer-deployable product. This role focuses on owning customer-facing surfaces, ensuring accurate documentation, and directly supporting customers during evaluations to resolve issues and improve the system. The position requires strong debugging skills, deep experience with Kubernetes or Slurm, and proficiency in Python and Go.

Responsibilities

Build and own customer-facing surfaces of TorchPass including installation and configuration
Work directly with customers and solutions engineers to troubleshoot production issues
Extend TorchPass to new schedulers and job launchers based on customer requirements
