About this role

The Product Install Engineer is responsible for the installation, setup, alignment, calibration, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment at customer sites locally and worldwide. This role ensures systems meet performance specifications while addressing software, electronics, optics, and mechanical issues. The engineer prepares field service reports, contributes to quality feedback initiatives, and represents the company to ensure customer satisfaction. International travel is required for extended periods to support installation and upgrade activities.

Responsibilities

Perform installation of semiconductor capital equipment at customer sites
Troubleshoot and repair complex software, electronics, optics, and mechanical systems
Prepare field service reports and ensure customer satisfaction with installation activities
