The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, operations, UX, and technology teams to define, document, and validate customer and agent journeys for Everyday Banking products. The successful candidate will contribute to the evolution of the Global Customer Assisted Channels product, ensuring standardized capabilities while accommodating local business requirements.
