About this role

Redaptive is hiring a Product Lead to define and scale Efficiency & Electrification (E&E) product offerings across lighting, HVAC, controls, heat pumps, and enabling infrastructure. The role will set the E&E roadmap, codify standards for scoping/design/installation/M&V/O&M, and support expansion of a portfolio-level pipeline for Industrial and Healthcare customers. The position is based in Denver and follows a hybrid work policy.
