Product Lead – Workday Analytics & Security

Montefiore is seeking a Product Lead to serve as the subject matter expert and product lead for Workday Reporting, Analytics, and Security capabilities. This role provides hands-on leadership for the design, development, governance, optimization, and support of Workday reporting and analytics solutions while ensuring appropriate security and access to workforce data. The Product Lead will drive the Reporting & Analytics roadmap, establish enterprise standards, and deliver scalable solutions that support operational, workforce, and executive decision-making.
