Product Lead

The Product Lead at Encord owns a significant portion of the product, spanning the core platform experience and data curation layer, while leading and growing a team of Product Managers. This high-autonomy role involves driving product strategy from conception to customer outcomes and collaborating closely with Engineering, ML, Design, and Customer Success teams. The position plays an active role in the company's enterprise go-to-market motion and requires solving novel problems in the AI data infrastructure space.
