About this role
The Technical Demo Analyst at Alight enables client-facing and sales teams to demonstrate product value by supporting the discovery, development, and delivery of live and static demo experiences. The role acts as the primary subject matter expert/product owner for the Showcase live demo and helps create and maintain interactive, story-driven demos in Figma. It involves collaborating with product, engineering, and design stakeholders to keep demo configurations current and aligned with product updates.
