Product Management Specialist

The Product Management Specialist plays a key role in shaping and enhancing AIA's product portfolio to deliver meaningful value for customers, advisers, distributors, and shareholders. Working within the Product & Marketing team, the role combines market insight, customer understanding, and commercial thinking to guide product strategy and deliver impactful product change initiatives. The position involves collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the business to lead initiatives from concept through to implementation while contributing to innovation, governance, and continuous improvement.
