Product Management

This role owns the Altic rulebook, technical specification, and participant agreement as products, establishing the governance framework and committee structure that governs network rules. The position serves as the public face of the rulebook, presenting and defending standards to GPs, wealth managers, and service providers while translating legal positions into technical requirements. The role focuses on driving adoption, managing rule changes, and building the capabilities that replace manual processes as the network scales.
