About this role
The Product Manager, DEX at Tempo is responsible for leading the design and development of the native Stablecoin decentralized exchange (DEX) and liquidity layer. This role entails owning the product roadmap, managing relationships with liquidity partners, and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure DEX efficiency, security, and integration with payment flows. The PM will also focus on designing liquidity incentive programs, establishing performance metrics, and ensuring seamless operation in collaboration with aggregators and institutional market makers.
