Product Manager, Finance

The Product Manager, Finance role is responsible for building and executing the roadmap for Finance Infrastructure within the Payments Platform, partnering with Engineering, Finance, and Payments leaders to scale Monzo's financial systems. This position focuses on translating complex regulatory and operational needs into scalable platform capabilities, including ledgers, data, and reporting, to support the bank's growth and operational safety. The role requires a strong product manager with technical depth to drive long-term strategy and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
