About this role
A Product Manager on Netflix’s Talent Technology team will define and drive the roadmap for internal talent systems that support the full employee lifecycle. The role partners closely with engineering, design, data science, and HR stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven experiences and to establish talent data systems and architecture. It will also help lay the foundation for AI initiatives within the broader talent ecosystem.
