The PM acts as a strategic business owner, aligning cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and consulting to deliver value to higher education and academic medical center clients.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision for HRS Grants capabilities
Translate customer needs into strategic product themes and roadmap priorities
Partner with engineering and stakeholders to ensure technically sound product decisions
Develop business cases and epic requirements for product investments
Manage go-to-market strategy and support customer adoption and retention

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in research administration, science, business administration, or related field5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in enterprise softwareDirect experience in research administration or sponsored grants management
