FourKites is seeking a Product Manager I to own the execution of their new Inventory & Orders module, which provides real-time visibility into stock, in-transit inventory, and order status for supply chain teams. The role involves authoring detailed specifications, synthesizing customer discovery into prioritized roadmaps, and partnering with engineering to deliver features for global supply chain clients. This position sits at the intersection of supply chain planning, procurement, and logistics data, requiring a transition from reactive firefighting to proactive decision-making.

Responsibilities

Author detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for inventory capabilities
Translate customer requirements into structured engineering-ready backlog items
Conduct discovery sessions with supply chain planners and operations teams
Define integration requirements for ERP systems and WMS via APIs and SFTP
Collaborate with engineering and design partners throughout the feature lifecycle
